Mrs. Angela Michelle Dennis Martin is the youngest daughter of David & Cynthia Dennis. Her parents raised four children, Kimberly, Stacy, David Jr. and Angela. Their close-knit family was built on the foundation of God first, family and an abundance of love. Angela is forever grateful for the morals and values her parents instilled in her which is also the foundation on which she and her husband Travionne have been building their blended family!

Angela is currently the Director at Little Buckeye Learning Center. She has many accomplishments! In 1999 Angela was voted Miss Kentucky State University! Her picture was featured in the Ebony Magazine (where Denzel Washington was on the cover) along with all the other Historical Black College and University College Queens! In the Miss KSU pageant, Angela won Miss Congeniality & Miss Talent with her award-winning monologue entitled “It’s Your Loss!” Graduating with honors, she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Child Development and Family Relations and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration with a survivalist in Human Resource Management. Proud Owner of a successful Type B, Childcare Center, Noah’s Ark Learning Academy for 11 years. During that time, she was nominated for Childcare Provider of the year by Children’s Hunger Alliance. She won Community Choice Award, and Entrepreneur of the Year Award through Increase CDC. Angela enjoys photography, writing, reciting poetry, sunrises, and her inspirational motivational women’s group known as Women of Standard which was founded at Kentucky State University in 1999. Lastly, she dedicates this book to the loving memory of her father, David Lee Dennis Sr. Affectionately known as DLD Sr. Her biggest cheerleader in life, her mother Cynthia Dennis. Her soul mate and husband, Travionne and their children, Noah, Neyah and Aaliyah.
