Born and raised in North Tulsa, Oklahoma, she faced challenges that could have easily defined her. Instead, she chose to see them as fuel to her fire. "My environment wasn't an excuse to quit,", she often says "but rather a reason to keep going!" This "goingness" as she calls it, led her to become a two-time, debt-free, first-generation graduate and craft a life she yearned for, not settled for. Having received a Bachelor's degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma, and a Master's degree in Women's, Gender, & Sexuality studies from The Ohio State University, she has been intentional about her work inside and outside of academic spaces. Her work is rooted in the community, driven by love, and sustained by faith, creativity, and purpose. Her experiences are the secret sauce behind her energetic connections and captivating presentation and performances.

A veteran of youth and community outreach, CarolineINSPIRES channels her own journey into a multi-faceted career. As the founder of Caroline Inspires LLC, a consulting firm dedicated to amplifying the voices and experiences of Black youth and their advocates. Through educational initiatives and community partnerships, her unwavering advocacy has secured over $40,000+ in donations, providing essential resources like food, furniture, and mental health services, demonstrating her commitment to uplifting communities and empowering the youth.
