Founded in 2008, Restored of Cincinnati, Ohio was founded through the vision of Marjaiyah Black who desired to see the legacy of the Famous Lattimore Sisters be carried through the next generation. As descendants of the Lattimore/Black legacy, Restored is comprised of sisters, Keiamesha “Tinky” Black and Indiya Black, cousin, Ja’Naye Lattimore, and Keiamesha Black’s daughters, Marshayia Matthews and Marjahyia Black.
This powerhouse female-Gospel quartet is a force to be reckoned with. The ladies of Restored were reared in church and in the Gospel/Quartet world throughout their entire lives. This privilege has afforded the ladies opportunities to share the stage with many of their favorites such as Glorified, Blessed By Four, The Wells Brothers, The Victory Travelers and The Douglas Sisters.
Restored’s debut single, “Help Me”, was released in 2008 independently, followed by “Wait” in February 2021. The debut album, “The Beginning” was released Spring of 2021 and is expected to reach higher heights. The album includes radio-worthy hits “Here Am I” introducing new sensation, Kyle Taylor and “Leaning” featuring Harry “Lil Harry” Bullock.
Restored desires to minister to souls in such a way that brings about salvation, healing, deliverance and restoration.
