E. Lorraine was born in New York City. She accepted Christ in her life at an early age. Lorraine began her singing career under the leadership of Bishop John H. Sermons. The late Bishop Sermons heard a powerful voice coming from this little six-year-old girl singing “I Really Love The Lord’. Along with her Grandmother the late Mother Ernestine S. Williams, her mother Pastor Kathy Parker began to push and encourage her into her destiny. E. Lorraine moved to Florida not understanding what God was doing in her life.
She began to be nurtured by Dr. Carrie Buie Bryant. She started traveling all over the world singing for Pastor Bryant at various conventions and crusades, and from there, her career took off. Lorraine has sung with various groups and artists such as; Tabernacle of Prayer (True Holiness) Mass Choir, Otis Battles and the O’Factor, Guiding Light Ministries, The Late Rev. Timothy Wright, Tarralyn Ramsey, Kim Burrell, Le’andra Johnson, David Wright and New York Fellowship, etc. She released her freshman project titled: Jesus You Are. She believes that singing without the anointing is just singing. It’s the anointing that destroys the yokes. Worship is her way of communicating with God and with much communication, she’s releasing her sophomore project E. Lorraine Live, which is bound to take the nation by storm.
