Johnathan "Jon John" Johnson has been singing in the church for 25 years. Starting as a young man, he began to sing, write music and plays and even act all throughout the country.

The opportunities that he has been graced with in his career of doing music professionally have been truly massive-from countless local to international platforms, which also includes him being the only singer from the state of Kentucky to grace the stage of BET's Sunday's BEST as a finalist.

He has written many songs that have been greatly received by many including the anticipated hit song, "Reality Check." Many people all over the world have expected the release since 2010.
​
In recent years he has expanded his platforms in entertainment and has tackled the worlds of fashion and hosting events. However, gospel music has always been his passion.

He was the founding director of the Freedom and Unity Choir, that released his arrangement of the Breonna Taylor Anthem "Say Her Name" that released in the height of the social justice.

Johnathan is part of the recording group Team Fire from Louisville, KY that has been together for 3 years, and have been nominated as the Quartet Music Awards New Artist of the year.

Johnathan is currently starring as Jimmy Early in Dreamgirls at Faithworks Studios.
