Privacy Policy

Kingdom Image Arts is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit at 2501 Mock Road, Columbus, OH 43219. This policy explains what we collect through kiarts.live, why, and the choices you have. Questions go to info@kiarts.live or (614) 934-5012.
What you tell us
We only collect what you type into a form. Depending on the form, that can include:
- Show updates: your email and which days you want to hear about.
- RSVPs, volunteering, venue rental, sponsorship, press and nominations: your name, email, phone, zip code, organization or outlet, availability, and what you write to us.
- Program enrollment and membership: the parent or guardian's name and contact details, how many adults and children are attending, an emergency contact, and, only if you choose to share it for funding, household size and income.
- Kingdom Image Awards: voters give a name, email and phone to sign in, and we record their ballot. Nominees give profile details and the files or links they choose to send.
Payments
We never see or store your full card number. Memberships paid on this site are processed by Square. Donations and most tickets are handled by Zeffy, and Kingdom Image Awards Saturday tickets are sold on tickets.kiarts.live, which runs on Wix. Each of those services handles your payment details under its own privacy policy.
Visit counts, only if you accept
When you first visit, a banner asks whether we may count your visit. If you choose Decline, nothing is recorded. If you choose Accept, our own counter records the page you viewed, the site that sent you, and presses of our phone, email and ticket buttons. It uses no cookies and no outside analytics company. To tell visits apart it uses a code made from a scrambled version of your connection and browser that changes every day. We do not store your IP address.
Your choice is saved in your browser. You can change it at any time:
Some pages show videos from YouTube. They load in YouTube's privacy enhanced mode, which does not set cookies until you press play.
How we use it
- To answer you, enroll you, sell you tickets and run our programs and events.
- To send show updates you asked for. Ask us and we will stop.
- To understand who our programs serve, in totals, when we apply for funding. We never name you to a funder without your permission.
- To keep the site working and secure.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information or share it for anyone else's marketing. We use a small number of service providers who handle it only to run our site and programs: our website host, our database provider, Square, Zeffy, Wix, Enrollsy for some program registration and attendance, and the technology partners who build and maintain our systems. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Children
Many of our programs serve young people. Information about a child comes from their parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to info@kiarts.live. We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires, and we protect it with access controls and encrypted connections.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
